By creating an account or using Debugly, you agree to these terms. If you are using Debugly on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Debugly is a software-as-a-service tool that connects to your GitHub repository, indexes your codebase, and uses AI to help your team report and triage bugs. We provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
You agree not to:
You own your code and your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your codebase or the issues you create. By connecting your repository, you grant us a limited licence to index and process your code solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any repository to Debugly. Do not connect repositories containing secrets, credentials, or data you are not authorised to share with a third-party AI service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by service unavailability.
The root cause analysis, issue titles, and descriptions generated by Debugly are AI-generated suggestions. They may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it or publishing it as a GitHub issue. We make no warranty about the accuracy of AI analysis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Debugly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or costs of substitute services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Debugly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
